We are the 2005 BichonFrise Club of America award winner for Breeders of the Year! Ch. PaRay's Propaganda was the Sire of the Year with 13 new champions. Ch. Paray's Photo Opportunity was Dam of the Year. She is co-owned with our Assitant Camille Bakker, congrats Camille!

Am. Can. Ch. Sterling Rumor Has It ROMX, "Rumor", is the bichon who brought us together as PaRay (Paul Flores and Tray Pittman). “Rumor” was the number one bichon in both breed and all-breed competition from 1996 to 1998. He has produced 63 champions and from 1998 to 2000 “Rumor” was the BFCA Sire of the Year.

Rumor sired Am. and English Ch. PaRay's I Told You So" ( "Buster"), 2002’s top bichon. “Rumor” is the grandsire of Am. Can. Ch. PaRay’s Provocative (“Ryland”), the 2001 National Specialty Best of Winners. “Ryland” sired BIS/BISS Ch. PaRay’s Propaganda, (“Porter”), top winning bichon frise, 2004.

One of the best strengths of our dogs is their temperament. In May of 2005, we had the honor of being recognized by the Bichon Frise Club of America (BFCA) as Breeder of the top winning bichon frise for 2004, BIS/BISS Ch. PaRay’s Propaganda ROM, (“Porter”). We were also recognized for Dam of the Year. In 2003, we had the honor of being recognized by the BFCA as Breeders of the Year for finishing 14 champions in 2002. We tied for Sire of the Year award, and won the Dam of the Year award. Nearly 50 PaRay bichons have become champions in the past 7 years.

The SHOWStoppers section of the November, 2006 issue of Dog World magazine has photos and an article about us and our top-winning bichons frises. We have bred approximately 100 Bichon Frise champions. Our newest special (October, 2006) is Ch. PaRay's Paragon who is the best that we have bred, and he embodies our vision for the breed.

Bichons bring so much joy to all of our lives, have an incredible love of life, and make you feel loved. It is our life’s goal to be great breeders. We are AKC registered handlers who focus on Bichons, but professionally handle the Toy and Non-Sporting groups (especially Yorkshire Terriers, Poodles and Shetland Sheepdogs). PaRay has over 50 years of cumulative experience in purebred dogs.
