"Spencer" was special from the beginning with a great coat (Thanks, "Jake") and personality. He is "Annie's" first champion and is sired by BIS BISS CH.PaRay's Paragon ROMX . Paul and Tray placed him with a wonderful family in the Ukraine, Ludya and Sergey Pyatygin (Frizzled Life Bichons). "Spencer" has exceeded all our expectations with Championships in over 15 European countries as well as two Best in Shows! He completed his American Championship with 4 majors in one weekend!
